RUBIO CAN LOCK THE ELECTION FOR OBAMA

Let me begin by saying that I really have nothing against Marco Rubio.
Many of our nation’s immigrants make our best citizens, having
experienced some form of socialism or communism in their home country
and thrilled to live in the so-called land of the free and home of the
brave.
I am not anti-immigration, the great-grandson of immigrants myself, albeit only legal immigrants.
But
I am very much pro-rule of law and U.S. Constitution and like millions
of other decent honest American citizens -- I am fed up with corrupt
federal politicians on both sides of the aisle acting like none of these
things matter anymore.
It’s no secret that Barrack Hussein Obama is NOT a Natural Born Citizen of
the United States, even though everyone in a position of power is
pretending to not notice while working around the clock to alter the
definition of the term via precedent.
Because
Marco Rubio has a résumé almost as blank as Obama’s in terms of actual
accomplishments, I must conclude that the primary interest in running
Rubio on the ticket with Romney is nothing more than one more attempt to
forever alter the definition of Natural Born Citizen.
Members of Congress have
tried on at least eight occasions to officially alter the definition of
Natural Born Citizen or eliminate the requirement from Article II of
the Constitution altogether.
All
of those efforts failed. However, allowing a foreigner like Obama to
hold the highest office in our land for one full term is setting a
precedent that anyone from anywhere in the world can be president of the
United States, and nobody in the United States is going to do anything
about it. Putting another foreigner with dual or divided loyalties in
the White House would seal the deal.
Marco was born a Cuban to two Cuban parents living in exile. Marco Rubio is NOT a Natural Born Citizen of
the United States, although many of his Tea Party fans either don’t
know or don’t care about that. No matter what else people may think or
believe about Marco Rubio, justified by his accomplishments or not, he
is NOT eligible for the office of president or vice president according
to the U.S. Constitution.
Therefore,
placing Rubio on the ballot with Romney for the 2012 election would
cause a backlash from American Constitutionalists who know exactly what a
Natural Born Citizen is and still want only Natural Born Citizens to
hold the highest offices in our land, in accordance with Article II
requirements.
Romney
faces enormous challenges in overcoming the distinct Obama advantage in
November. He will need every voter he can possibly muster and driving
away constitutionalists already angry over the blatant disregard for our
founding principles and values would end his bid for the White House,
insuring the re-election of Barack Obama.
Rand Paul,
libertarian son of libertarian candidate Ron Paul just endorsed Mitt
Romney. If Ron Paul follows suit early enough to be a factor, well ahead
of the GOP convention, this would signal party unity in opposition to
the Obama-Clinton Regime headed into November. But Rick Santorum is
promising to upset the GOP convention, keeping the door wide open for Obama.
Romney’s
pick for VP will be a critical moment in the Romney campaign. He can
only win with the right VP on the ticket with him, someone who completes
him, fills his weaknesses. There are numerous good options available
and I won’t speculate on that until a later column.
Marco
Rubio may be a great person and even a great member of congress. He may
even be able to hold other vital positions in a Republican
Administration. What he isn’t is eligible for the White House, and after
four years of unprecedented efforts to right the wrongs of 2008,
constitutionally grounded voters simply will not tolerate an ineligible
candidate on their own ticket.
Placing
Rubio on the 2012 ballot, as one ineligible candidate running against
another, would guarantee failure for the Romney campaign and likely
destroy whatever political future Rubio might otherwise have. Placing an
ineligible candidate on the GOP ticket is a sure way to cause a massive
GOP defection in November.
Many are speculating
that Romney was chosen as a sure loser to Obama to begin with. Placing
Rubio on the ticket with him would only confirm those suspicions. Does
Romney really want to win or not?
In
the interest of removing the worst administration in U.S. history, we
cannot join them in order to defeat them. We must offer voters an
ethical and constitutional alternative to Obama and Clinton.
At
the end of the day, there are only two legitimate reasons to place
Marco Rubio on the ticket with Mitt Romney and neither of those reasons
is good.
There is no other reason to place Rubio on the ticket. There are no more accomplishments on Marco’s résumé than there is on Barack Obama’s. Neither is eligible or qualified.
1. To forever eliminate Article II Natural Born Requirements for the office of President and Vice President.
2. To pander for the illegal alien vote, who are not supposed to vote in the first place, but do.

People
deeply concerned with the loss of their Constitutional Republic would
boycott a ticket with Rubio on it, and they should. Do it and you can
count on the re-election of Barack Hussein Obama.

Historic Tea Party Roots-247 Years of Resisting Tyranny

I recently read with joy a conservative blogger's attempt
to connect the TEA party movement to its historic roots;
a topic I have been meaning to write about for months now.
The blogger rightly said that the "the historical precedent
for the TPM wasn't the Tea Party event in Boston Harbor on
December 16, 1773." I actually uttered an "Amen, brother!"
He went on to describe the Continental Association established
on October 20, 1774 by the First Continental Congress in response
to the Intolerable Acts. That's when I realized that I have
waited long enough to write this article.
The fact is the Continental Association of 1774
(10 months after the Boston Tea Party) is about
10 years too late. The first organized opposition
to a tyrannical government in the colonies came in
1764 in the form of the Committees of Correspondence.
In April 1764 Parliament passed the Sugar and Molasses Act.
These laws were originally passed in 1733 at the insistence
of the large plantation owners in the British West Indies
(can you say lobbyists?) The six-pence tax was never
successfully collected, and so the Sugar Act actually cut
the tax in half but stepped up enforcement. At the same time,
the Sugar Act taxed the sugar, coffee, wine, and spices the
colonists used, and also regulated the export of lumber and iron.
This "excessive taxation and regulation" immediately impaired
the colonial economy. In conjunction with the Sugar Act,
parliament passed the Currency Act, which essentially assumed
control of the colonial monetary system. The Currency Act
also established "superior" Vice-admiralty courts to ensure
rulings favorable to British interests.
In 1764 the colonies were in the midst of a depressed economy
due to the protracted Seven Years’ War, so these indirect taxes
and restrictive laws were particularly grievous. In addition
to the economic impact, the psychological impact was particularly
offensive. The Sugar Act not only restricted the exports by the
colonists, but gave an economic "leg up" to the British West Indies.
This reinforced the second class status often attributed to the
colonists by the British "mainlanders". The ports of New England
were hit especially hard due to the taxes, regulation and government interference. Many of the merchants were in danger of being driven
out of the market into bankruptcy.
So in 1764 the first "grass roots" opposition to tyranny in the
colonies took shape in the form of a Committee of Correspondence
in Boston. The colonists did not have email, smart phones,
Facebook or blogs, so the Committees of Correspondence served
as a means of communication on issues that needed collective
attention. The committee in Boston wrote to other colonies to
rally united opposition to the Sugar Act and the Currency Act
sparking anti-government protests among the colonists.
On the heels of these protests the Parliament, deciding to
clamp down on the rebellious colonists, passed the first
Stamp Act and Quartering Act of 1765, and New York formed
its Committee of Correspondence to rally resistance to the
new taxes and tyranny. Massachusetts Bay committee then
sent out letters urging other colonies to send representatives
to a Stamp Act Congress in the fall.
As a decade of hostility between the royal government and the
colonists rolled on, Boston set up the first Committee with the
approval of a town meeting 1772. By spring 1773, patriots decided
to follow the Massachusetts system and began to set up their own
Committees in each colony. By February 1774, 11 colonies had set
up Committees of Correspondence. The Committees would eventually
be the basis for the Continental Congress and the Continental
Association of 1774. As the revolutionary period unfolded the
Committees of Correspondence would become the basis for the future
legislative bodies in America. Yet it all began in 1764 as a
citizen movement in response to an oppressive government that
would not respond to or respect the wishes of the people.
Two of the men behind the movement were:
Samuel Adams and James Otis Jr.
Mr. Otis was an attorney who had gained notoriety
for his pro bono representation of colonial merchants
challenging the authority of the writs of assistance
in 1761.
These writs enabled British authorities to enter any
colonist's home with no advance notice, no probable
cause and no reason given. (Today these writs are
called national security letters and are authorized
under the Patriot Act.) John Adams said of Otis'
five-hour oration in the Boston State House that
"the child independence was then and there born, [for]
every man of an immense crowded audience appeared to me
to go away as I did, ready to take arms against
writs of assistance."
Also speaking of Otis, John Adams said,
"I have been young and now I am old, and I solemnly say
I have never known a man whose love of country was more
ardent or sincere, never one who suffered so much, never
one whose service for any 10 years of his life were so
important and essential to the cause of his country as
those of Mr. Otis from 1760 to 1770."
Better known was Samuel Adams, a representative of the
local Boston assembly and member of the Massachusetts
House of Representatives.
Samuel Adams had this to say in May 1764:
"For if our Trade may be taxed, why not our Lands?
Why not the Produce of our Lands & everything we possess
or make use of? This we apprehend annihilates our
Charter Right to govern & tax ourselves. It strikes at
our British privileges, which as we have never forfeited
them, we hold in common with our Fellow Subjects who are
Natives of Britain. If Taxes are laid upon us in any shape
without our having a legal Representation where they are laid,
are we not reduced from the Character of free Subjects to the
miserable State of tributary Slaves?"
Samuel Adams would later organize the Sons of Liberty which
coordinated the famous Boston Tea Party of 1773.
But let’s not forget the ladies of the TEA party movement.
Penelope Barker of Edenton, North Carolina organized the
Edenton Tea Party in 1774.
In the home of her friend Elizabeth King, she and 50 other
women signed a declaration and sent it to be published in
a London newspaper. In part the declaration said:
“Maybe it has only been men who have protested the king
up to now. That only means we women have taken too long
to let our voices be
heard. We are signing our names to a document, not hiding ourselves
behind costumes like the men in Boston did at their tea party.
The British will know who we are…We, the aforesaid Ladys will not
promote ye wear of any manufacturer from England until such time
that all acts which tend to enslave our Native country shall be
repealed."
Much like the liberal media of today these principled women
were attacked and portrayed by the British as bad mothers
and loose women.
However, the colonists praised these ladies and the women of the
colonies followed their lead and began boycotting British goods.
In light of historical fact, it is clear to any rational and
reasonable mind that the modern TEA party movement is not a
modern movement at all. The TEA party represents the heart
of the American ideal of liberty and self-government.
These brave men and women did not sit idly by in the face of
oppression and tyranny because they understood their history
and knew their rights. They understood that their rights
came from God and had been guaranteed to them beginning at
the 1100 Charter of Liberties, through the Magna Carter of
1215, and the English Bill of Rights of 1688.
Their liberty was not a modern development and neither is ours.
That is why, in spite of Rachel Maddow's pronouncement that
the TEA party is over because of small rallies, the TEA party
is not going away. It has been here for 247 years and will
continue as long as the founding principles of America still
burn in the hearts of patriots.

President Barack H. Obama
President Obama won the 2008 election, even though his beliefs
and political positions were all but completely unknown to most
Americans. He is a man with no great record of accomplishments
in the Senate, or anywhere else, yet the national news media
constantly gush over him. Seldom is heard a discouraging word
about the man, even though nobody really knows what he stands for.
The only thing that distinguished him from the rest of the Democratic
front-runners (in the eyes of the media) was his ethnicity.
Apparently that's all it takes.
Mr. Obama has never managed a business of any kind, nor has he
ever worked in a for-profit environment. He appears to abhor the
concepts of monetary profit and capitalism. His only management
positions have been in organizations that give away other people's
money, such as the Woods Fund and the Chicago Annenberg Challenge.
He has never served in the military (for which the news media would
never forgive a Republican candidate). His only leadership skill is his
ability to read a teleprompter — without which he is completely lost.
More importantly, he has been surrounded by left-wing anti-American
radicals and genuine Communists all his life, he had the most liberal
voting record during his very brief term in the Senate, and he appears
to be a fundamentally dishonest man with major character flaws.
He claims to be a Christian, although there is much more evidence that
he is actually a Muslim. He supports and approves of abortion by any
method and at any stage of pregnancy — or slightly beyond.
And apparently he is not legally qualified to hold the office of President:
His own grandmother insists that she was present when Obama was
born — in Kenya — but even if he was born in Hawaii, he was registered
in an Indonesian school as a citizen of Indonesia.*
During his campaign, enthusiastic crowds of Obama fans cheered as he promised to have the federal government pay for medical bills, cheap
and abundant energy, college tuition, and a long list of other goodies.
Very few of them gave the slightest thought about who would ultimately
pay for it all. Upon close examination, his speeches are full of empty promises, self-contradictory claims, and flag-waving rhetoric. And it's
not necessarily the American flag he's waving.
In the 2008 presidential campaign, John McCain was afraid to bring up
any of the subjects listed below, but I'm not.

Obama's Culture of Corruption
and political positions were all but completely unknown to most
Americans. He is a man with no great record of accomplishments
in the Senate, or anywhere else, yet the national news media
constantly gush over him. Seldom is heard a discouraging word
about the man, even though nobody really knows what he stands for.
The only thing that distinguished him from the rest of the Democratic
front-runners (in the eyes of the media) was his ethnicity.
Apparently that's all it takes.
Mr. Obama has never managed a business of any kind, nor has he
ever worked in a for-profit environment. He appears to abhor the
concepts of monetary profit and capitalism. His only management
positions have been in organizations that give away other people's
money, such as the Woods Fund and the Chicago Annenberg Challenge.
He has never served in the military (for which the news media would
never forgive a Republican candidate). His only leadership skill is his
ability to read a teleprompter — without which he is completely lost.
More importantly, he has been surrounded by left-wing anti-American
radicals and genuine Communists all his life, he had the most liberal
voting record during his very brief term in the Senate, and he appears
to be a fundamentally dishonest man with major character flaws.
He claims to be a Christian, although there is much more evidence that
he is actually a Muslim. He supports and approves of abortion by any
method and at any stage of pregnancy — or slightly beyond.
And apparently he is not legally qualified to hold the office of President:
His own grandmother insists that she was present when Obama was
born — in Kenya — but even if he was born in Hawaii, he was registered
in an Indonesian school as a citizen of Indonesia.*
During his campaign, enthusiastic crowds of Obama fans cheered as he promised to have the federal government pay for medical bills, cheap
and abundant energy, college tuition, and a long list of other goodies.
Very few of them gave the slightest thought about who would ultimately
pay for it all. Upon close examination, his speeches are full of empty promises, self-contradictory claims, and flag-waving rhetoric. And it's
not necessarily the American flag he's waving.
In the 2008 presidential campaign, John McCain was afraid to bring up
any of the subjects listed below, but I'm not.

This tells the story
This tells the story, why the Bush “inheritance” really began in January 2007 when the Democrats took over Congress.
The day the democrats took over was not January 22nd 2009, it was actually January 3rd 2007 the day the Democrats took over the House of Representatives and the Senate, at the very start of the 110th Congress.
The Democrat Party controlled a majority in both chambers for the first time since the end of the 103rd Congress in 1995.
For those who are listening to the liberals propagating the fallacy that everything is "Bush's Fault", think about this:
January 3rd, 2007 was the day the Democrats took over the Senate and the Congress. At the time:
The DOW Jones closed at 12,621.77
The GDP for the previous quarter was 3.5%
The Unemployment rate was 4.6%
George Bush's Economic policies SET A RECORD of 52 STRAIGHT MONTHS of JOB GROWTH
Remember the day...
January 3rd, 2007 was the day that Barney Frank took over the House Financial Services Committee and Chris Dodd took over the Senate Banking Committee.
The economic meltdown that happened 15 months later was in what part of the economy?
BANKING AND FINANCIAL SERVICES!
Unemployment... to this CRISIS by (among MANY other things) dumping 5-6 TRILLION Dollars of toxic loans on the economy from YOUR Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac FIASCOES!
Bush asked Congress 17 TIMES to stop Fannie & Freddie - starting in 2001 because it was financially risky for the US economy.
And who took the THIRD highest pay-off from Fannie Mae AND Freddie Mac? OBAMA
And who fought against reform of Fannie and Freddie?

Budgets do not come from the White House. They come from Congress and the party that controlled Congress since January 2007 is the Democrat Party.
Furthermore, the Democrats controlled the budget process for 2008 & 2009 as well as 2010 &2011.
In that first year, they had to contend with George Bush, which caused them to compromise on spending, when Bush somewhat belatedly got tough on spending increases.
For 2009 though, Nancy Pelosi & Harry Reid bypassed George Bush entirely, passing continuing resolutions to keep government running until Barack Obama could take office. At that time, they passed a massive omnibus spending bill to complete the 2009 budgets.
And where was Barack Obama during this time? He was a member of that very Congress that passed all of these massive spending bills, and he signed the omnibus bill as President to complete 2009.
If the Democrats inherited any deficit, it was the 2007 deficit, the last of the Republican budgets. That deficit was the lowest in five years, and the fourth straight decline in deficit spending. After that, Democrats in Congress took control of spending, and that includes Barack Obama, who voted for the budgets.
If Obama inherited anything, he inherited it from himself. In a nutshell, what Obama is saying is I inherited a deficit that I voted for and then I voted to expand that deficit four-fold since January 20th.
