The Mass Trespass

by David Yeagley
at Journal Weblog

Illegal immigration is not immigration.
It's trespassing, on a mass scale.
Illegal immigrants are to be called criminals.
That's what they are. They may be workers;
they may be undocumented; they may be
Mexican nationals; but, primarily, they are criminals.
It doesn't matter whether they've committed an
act of violence (though many have), or whether they
are pushing drugs and weapons (though many are);
they commited a crime in crossing the border illegally.
A host of illegal acts follow: identity fraud and/or theft;
tax evasion; abuse of social services--none of which they
deserve or have any right to; etc. They are simply criminals.
Adverse effects result from their presence--no matter
what benefits are imagined in the self-justifying minds of
their collusionists--Americans who hire them.
It's not the saints that are marching in. It's criminal Mexicans.

Migration? Is it a natural, epochal migration? No.
Migrations are a thing of a different era in human history.
The Mexican (et al.) influx is a national invasion.
This is the modern world. There are borders.
There are language differences. There are economic realities.
It isn't just a natural demographic exploration.
These people are here to get something from America.
They don't respect America.
They don't want to become American.
They are low-life crooks. Nothing more.
Well, what about earlier American history?
What about the "migration" from Europe?
The western Europeans migrated, did they not?
It was across the sea, rather than land, but,
it was a mass demographic shift--
and it was a mass trespass as well.
It was Indian land they came upon.
But the Europeans didn't really want anything else,
nothing personal from the Indians. They didn't
perceive any 'economic benefits' from dealing with
Indians, or working for Indians. It was a different situation.
The Europeans just wanted land, a new place, a place
where they could set up shop their own way.
They were through with "royalty" and "popery."
This new shop was to be about freedom,
and that included justice. And so on.
At least in their minds, among themselves.
They didn't plan on assimilating into the Indian nations
which they inevitably invaded. The western Europeans
were like the Mexicans of today, in that sense.
But the profound difference was this:
The Europeans weren't beggars, claiming rights from the
Indians, claiming the Indians owed them a job, health care,
social security, or even property.
The western Europeans build their own world--yes,
within someone else's, but, they built it themselves.
They didn't mooch off someone else's accomplishments.
They were losers. They were winners. They were strong.
Mexicans are weak. They are deluded, and are amoral if
not immoral about all this. They see absolutely nothing
wrong with what they are doing, and if questioned,
they justify it as their right! They are the sheep of circumstance.
Their own government abuses them, then tries to use them;
the American politicians try to use them, as well as American
businessmen and even private households.
The powers that be would have it this way.

Any way possible, without pride,
without dignity, or even self-respect.

The Mexicans don't want citizenship.
It would not be to their advantage.
They don't want to become American.
They're actually proud Mexicans.
They're not proud of their government, of course.
But, there is a Mexican spirit, a glorious Mexican spirit,
and they have that. They love that. Even the world
recognizes it. So the political manoeuver to make them
citizens is not something that will work at all.
These people just want to work, make money, and go
back and forth to Mexico.
In this sense, most of them really are innocent.
They are simple in their desires. They are of course hit on
all sides, because they have made themselves vulnerable.
The evils and perils that surround them are the price they pay.
It is a culturally immature thing they do; it is naive.
Again, they are the sheep of circumstance.
They are shorn by any and all who see the opportunity.
And even this is better than what they have in Mexico.
Or so we are led to believe. Maybe that's a delusion.
Maybe the risk of rotting in the desert has nothing to do with
what they have or don't have in Mexico. Maybe they're just
abandoned, morally and spiritually. Family is a crumbling,
vanishing concept for the trespassers. The whole craze of
egotistical adventure is more important than family.
The Mexicans don't care. They have no shame. They are morally abandoned.
And the thing to remember is that America does have
enemies, on all sides. There are social movements, within
and without, that constantly plot evil against America and
American people. They are here, now. We cannot ignore them.
We can't write it all off as inevitable. We have to fight it.
Simple as this may seem, I fear the majority of Americans cannot
recognize this, and are in some materialistic-induced stupor,
which disallows any alarm--or at least, any alarm sufficient to
provoke action.
That our government should consider "giving" the criminal
Mexicans citizenship--which they don't even want, shows
how little our government values citizenship.
It has become nothing more than a political tool to them.
The Mexicans just want to rape America, to use the opportunities.
Citizenship is not an opportunity for them. It would inhibit them,
from their point of view. That American citizenship should become
a pawn in the hand of politicians is the lowest condition into which
our government has ever sunk.

Gov't, Obama Ignore Immigration Law

As Americans we have a lot to worry about: OBAMACARE, debt ceiling,

unemployment rates, political elections, and much more.

The Illegal Immigration issue, one of the biggest problems facing a

nation crying for jobs, has slipped to the "back seat" of what is driving

the U.S. government.

We've "uncovered" an EXISTING LAW that our own government has effectively

NULLIFIED by simply choosing not to enforce it. Had the federal government done

its job, we, as a nation, would not be facing such an illegal immigration disaster.

As a friend of freedom and the United States Constitution, you cannot escape the

unbelievable situation that we now face. And the Executive Branch of the federal

government---since 1952---is to blame. They simply chose NOT to enforce this law.

Why?

Most likely because major donors to major political candidates who use

migrant labor to plant and harvest food crops did not want this law enforced.

The law?

The Federal Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952.

It's still on the books. It's STILL the law of the land!

Yet, NO U.S. ATTORNEY GENERAL is enforcing this law today!

No Immigration Control & Enforcement agents are arresting the illegal aliens

they catch under this law; nor are they arresting the benefactors who offer

illegal aliens sanctuary to avoid arrest and deportation.

Not one. Nor did ICE or the Justice Department enforce that law yesterday,

or last year, or at anytime in the last six decades.

Yet, it's still a law.

And it will end the illegal immigration problem if it is enforced.

Why is everyone ignoring this law?

It's time to ask every Member of Congress why no U.S. Attorney General

is enforcing this law. Ask them why they have not called any Executive

Branch official, Director of Immigration Control & Enforcement [ICE], or any

U.S. Attorney General, before a Congressional Committee to explain why

the Federal Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 has never been

enforced one time in the last 59 years.

Demand to know why Congress has said it is trying to stop illegal immigration,

even though Public Law 82-414, has never been enforced.

It's time to drag this law out of mothballs and demand that the federal

government apply its provisions not only against the illegals who swarm

across our borders like locusts, but also to prosecute those who

harbor illegals in sanctuary cities.

It's up to us.

The last 12 presidential administrations have ignored this law.

We're facing 11 "skeletons" in the closet, but there is still time to do something

about it before there are an even dozen.

The Federal Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 may not have been the total

answer to the illegal immigration problem in the United States, but it offered the

best solution to date. While the Immigration Reform Act of 1965 abolished the

"national origins" formula (a racial quota system) found in the 1952 law, most of the

law's statutes are still on the books. They are the law of the land---

providing the U.S. Attorney General or the Director of ICE enforces them.

The Federal Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 was a tough law to enact since

it was a Democrat-controlled Congress that overrode a Democrat President's veto by a

margin in the Senate of 57-26 and in the House of Representatives, 278-113.

The law mirrored the feelings of the voters in the United States about illegal immigration.

Other than some minor revisions in the 1965 and 1986 laws, the 1952 Immigration Law is

still in effect. Here is what you need to know...

here is what the United States Congress must be made aware of:

NONE OF THE SUBSEQUENT LAWS RESCINDED

THE PUNITIVE ENFORCEMENT MEASURES OF

THE ORIGINAL 1952 IMMIGRATION LAW!

You are a felon if you enter this country illegally. If you offer aid and comfort to an illegal alien

you are in violation of Section 8[a](1)(A)[iv][b](iii) of the Federal Immigration and Nationality Act.

It is a crime punishable by a fine of $10 thousand per infraction or imprisonment in a federal

penitentiary for not more than five (5) years---or both.

It is U.S. law.

Yet, NO ONE is ever charged for violating this law.

If the illegal residing in a room rented to him (or her) by you commits a crime,

the law makes you liable for any loss incurred by the victim of that crime.

Yet, no victims were ever compensated for the losses suffered at the hand of an

illegal alien who robbed or assaulted them under the compensation provision in this law.

The American people have been waiting 59 years for this law to "kick-in."

Don't you think it's time that the Attorney General and the Director of

ICE enforced a law demanded by the American people?

CALL--EMAIL--FAX your Representative & Senator!!

Ask then WHY, when they SWORE to up-hold the LAWS of The United States,

they Choose to ignore The Federal Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952.

Illegals DEMAND their rights! It's time they had them through

the Federal Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952.

Illegal Immigration – No Problem

Illegal Immigration – No Problem

Editorial
By:Howard Galganov

If the Republicans really want to take over the House,
and perhaps even the Senate, here is what I am
CONVINCED they have to do about ILLEGAL Immigration.

1 – Make it abundantly clear that there are NO such things
as UNDOCUMENTED people.
People who are in the country without proper
documentation are ILLEGAL.

2 - Come up with a comprehensive immigration solution
for ILLEGAL immigrants.

AND THAT’S EASY.

Give every ILLEGAL immigrant permanent residency
status if they have broken no laws other than being
in the USA illegally. How’s that for easy?

BUT – The condition of their permanent resident status
would be that they could NEVER – NEVER EVER become
citizens of the USA. And they could NEVER - NEVER EVER
participate in any type of election as a candidate,
a voter, or even a financial contributor.

AND – If any of these now “documented” residents ever
commit a crime. Goodbye.

3 - As for their American born children being Americans,
why change the laws of citizenship (14th Amendment)
that has stood since 1868?

4 - The next thing would be a law FORBIDDING the government
from offering services in any other language but English.

When my grandparents came to Canada in the first decade
of the 1900’s, they spoke Russian, Rumanian, Ukrainian and
Yiddish.
But what they couldn’t speak were either English or French.

The government made no special accommodations for them.
If they needed to communicate with the government, a friend
of the family, or someone from a Jewish Agency would help
them out.

Even though my grandparents were linguistically challenged
when they arrived, eventually, they learned how to communicate
in the English language with enough fluency to get by.

But MORE important than that, their Canadian-born children
(my parents) spoke perfect English and sufficient French.

So, when I call Lowes, Home Depot, Wal-Mart . . . etc-etc-etc,
and I hear a Spanish message, I have to wonder how serious
people in the United States really are about preserving their
language and culture.

I DO NOT BELIEVE any American politician should campaign
in Spanish. NOT A WORD, since they are running for office
in the USA, and NOT, and I repeat, NOT in Mexico.

If some American politicians believe that winning votes by
campaigning in Spanish, while giving approbation to the
use of the Spanish language is more important than drawing
a line in the sand, they should NOT be elected.

If I had a vote, I for one would NOT vote for any candidate
who would use Spanish to win favor with the minority,
no matter how much I would otherwise support his or her
other policies.

MORE SO – People who cannot pass a rudimentary English
language test should not be allowed to vote.

5 - BUT – Before any of that is done . . . SEAL THE BORDER.

America must use whatever number of military reserves
and law officers necessary to make the US/Mexico border
airtight. And leave those men and women on the border
until a more permanent solution can be deployed.

It just boggles my mind that the US has more than 100,000
fighting troops in Afghanistan, bleeding and dying for
Islamic ingrates who will NEVER accept a Western Style
Democracy, while Washington ignores a daily assault on
its own HOMELAND as if it is really no big deal.

Anne and I spent the day in Ottawa (Wednesday the 4th)
at the International Airport at US/Canadian Immigration,
where we were interviewed at length about who we are,
just to get a NEXUS Pass with which to easily enter the USA.

But, before we even got the interview, we had to fill out
comprehensive forms for US Immigration, giving them an
enormous amount of personal information.

And when we had our face-to-face interviews, we were
fingerprinted and had eye-scans, all of which was fine with us,
since we understand how vital Border Security really is.

Also, we respect America’s absolute RIGHT to defend its
sovereignty, especially at its borders.

Even though I am a great admirer of the United states of
America, and all it has stood for prior to Obama, Anne and
I understand that we are NOT Americans. And for us, being
in the United States is a PRIVILEGE, not a RIGHT.

So, if we who are law abiding, respectful, English speaking,
business owners who employ people, and do about 50% of
our media business in the USA can subject ourselves to this
type of scrutiny, JUST to get what amounts to a border
SPEED-PASS, why can’t everyone else, especially those who
want to live in the USA?

It’s just too bad so many Americans can’t seem to grasp that
reality, and the CRITICAL IMPORTANCE of the sovereignty of
their OWN country.

THE BIG ELECTION ISSUES:

1 - The economy.
2 – Joblessness.
3 – High Taxes.
4 – Obama-Care.
5 – The Stimulus.
6 – The Bank Bailouts.
7 – The Take-Over of AIG
8 – The Take-Over of General Motors and Chrysler.

AND THEN there’s the unfathomable INCOMPETENCE,
ARROGANCE and DISHONESTY of Obama’s White House,
Pelosi’s House, and Reid’s Senate.

Also not to be forgotten are the other IMPORTANT Obama
agenda items such as Card Check (removal of the secret
ballot from union voting) and the Fairness Doctrine
(censorship of Conservative electronic broadcasting).

Both of which are in Obama’s MUST DO list.

BUT . . . For my money, it is ILLEGAL Immigration that is
going to be the NUMBER ONE election issue, even though
most American’s are stewing over the other “stuff”

ALL THAT SAID – EVERY REVOLUTION NEEDS A CATALYST:

For ILLEGAL Immigration, there is a seething populace who
are no longer silent, who are becoming more and more LESS
Politically Correct, who will vote for the candidate who will
stand with America and America’s RIGHT to Border Sovereignty.

The economy and political arrogance are very important and
resonating issues. But, it will be ILLEGAL Immigration,
and the Party (candidate) that (who) comes up with a real
MADE IN AMERICA no excuses comprehensive solution to secure
the border that (who) will win power.

If the Republicans listen to their Conservative Base, and don’t
try to mirror the “nice-guy” Democrats to win Latino votes,
there is a BETTER than good chance the Republicans can take
the House AND the Senate.

And that would be the BEST thing that could happen to America.

It would also set up the mechanism to STOP Obama in his
SOCIALIST tracks, and set in motion the machinery for the
Republicans to take back the White House in 2012.

Sometimes we never know how good it is until how bad it gets.
And now, after less than two years of Obama, a whole lot of
people now know how bad it’s already gotten, and how much
worse it will get with TWO MORE YEARS of Obama/Democrat RULE.

In 2010 - Goodbye Reid and Pelosi.
In 2012 – Don’t let the door hit you on the way out OBAMA.

Best Regards . . . Howard Galganov
